HR Outsourcing can be implemented on businesses with less than 50 employees almost seamlessly. Once our sales representative performs a site evaluation and completes appropriate paperwork companies will be able to begin outsourcing within days.

We start by taking part or all of your current staff and enter them into our system at our office or your facility. Clients will turn in time on Monday and payroll will be delivered or mailed on Thursday. Personnel Placements will be responsible for paying all payroll taxes and workers compensation insurance.

We will handle all employee concerns regarding pay and any other issues. We will handle all workers compensation issues pertaining to employees on our payroll. We will take care of all drug and background testing and interviewing of new employees.  Personnel Placements will be responsible for finding, training, and maintaining your workforce. Companies with more than 100 employees will be evaluated and a program will be implemented on a slightly longer time table.
